Hi! Thanks so much for stopping by. My name is Kathryn Graham, but most people know me simply as Kat.  I was born and raised in Paris, Ontario and have deep roots in this community. Growing up, all I would dream about was taking off and traveling the world outside of this small town. I graduated from school and set off to seek adventure. After a few years of travelling (and having great adventures), I started to feel the pull back. I came home, met a great guy, got married, started my own business, and am now raising my own family right here in Paris.  AND I'm loving it! Funny how life happens that way, isn't it?

 

I started my career as a Registered Massage Therapist in 2004, and from there my interest for natural health and wellness flourished.  Following my passion, I continued my studies with CranioSacral Therapy and Reiki. I have had great success with these modalities, as they treat the root causes of pain and dysfunction with lasting effects. I plan to continue my education in osteopathic modalities including visceral manipulation and further studies in CranioSacral Therapy so that I can offer my clients the most well-balanced and individualized healthcare treatments.

 

I am so happy to be able to do what I love and am passionate about every day.

I am grateful for my wonderful clients and the support I receive from my family and friends. I am always happy to welcome new clients and would love the opportunity to help alleviate pain and restore function!
