Learn one-on-one with a professional Registered Massage Therapist the risks, benefits, effects, and techniques of massage.  Instruction will be given verbally, techniques will be demonstrated, and you will practice performing them with your partner.  Couples will recieve a take-home booklet that includes all the information they will need to continue soothing their partner's aches and pains.

This class will focus on stretching and strengthening the muscles that runners need & use the most (core, hamstrings, quads, hips, adductors) as well as include some balancing exercises.
